Global Mosaic

The NY Times blog Lens  is facilitating a “Timely Global Mosaic”, in which photographers around the world will submit one photo taken at a certain time of day.  This will happen on May 2nd at 9am mountain-time.  Check the website to see what time it will be in your part of the world!

Looking forward to see what people are doing all around the world on that day!

What will you be doing?

a great idea

a little secret…i got my business cards printed at moo.com.

i love them!  the quality is great and people really enjoy them because

they’re different…they’re small and they stand out against other cards.

this is also a great idea for senior pictures!

if you know anyone looking for affordable and authentic senior portraits,

please send them my way!

like a garden.

Our trip to Honduras can not be summed up in words…

thoughts can not do my heart justice.  photographs may help, a little.

What we experienced is something that will hopefully stay with us, change

us, and make us better people who see the world with new eyes.

“And if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry
and satisfy the needs of the oppressed,
then your light will rise in the darkness,
and your night will become like the noonday.

The LORD will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.”

Isaiah 58:10-11

the beauty and the joy of the people brought light to those ten days.

i do not want to forget this time.

i'm grateful for the privilege i had of being in this place.
